If you have an outstanding balance associated with a previous purchase, it must be paid before you can make new purchases at any Intuitivo APOP.
How Can I Make the Payment?
You can settle your outstanding balance in any of the following ways:
By scanning the QR code of any APOP and following the instructions displayed on screen.
By using the same card associated with the outstanding balance at APOP locations equipped with card readers.
By accessing the payment link included in the email notifying you that your purchase could not be successfully processed.
Why Do I Have an Outstanding Balance?
Outstanding balances are typically created when a purchase charge cannot be successfully completed due to:
Insufficient funds.
A payment rejection from the financial institution.
Temporary issues with the selected payment method.
Important
While an outstanding balance exists, you will not be able to start new purchases at Intuitivo APOPs.
Once the payment is successfully completed, your access will be automatically restored and you will be able to use the system normally again.
