I´ve pushed the “open door” button but the time expired. What should I do?

If the time expires before you open the door, the APOP will automatically lock again and the transaction will end. Simply start a new transaction and try again.

Don't worry. If the time expires before you open the APOP door, the door will automatically lock again and the transaction will be canceled for security reasons.​

To continue, simply start a new transaction and follow the on-screen instructions to unlock the door again.​

Important

  • Once the door is unlocked, you have up to 14 seconds to open it.

  • If the door is not opened within that timeframe, it will automatically lock again and the transaction will end.

  • Each time a new transaction is started, a new funds validation will be performed on the selected payment method.

  • This validation is temporary, separate from the purchase charge, and will be automatically released once the transaction is completed.

  • The time required for the validation release to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
