If you have been wrongly charged for your purchase, you can reply the email with the purchase details or send us an email at [email protected] describing the problem. We can either refund you your money right away or put it on credit for future purchases at any of our A-POPs.
If you have been charged less than you should have, you will have a pending payment. You will receive an email with a link for you to cancel the payment or you can cancel it by scanning the QR code of any of our A-POPs. If you have a pending payment, you will not be able to open the door of any of our A-POPs until the pending payment is fully cancelled.
