Where Can I View My Purchase Details?

Your purchase details are sent to the email address or contact method associated with your account. The receipt includes the products charged, the purchase amount, and the Transaction ID for future reference or support requests.

Once your transaction has been processed, you will receive a receipt containing the details of your purchase through the contact method associated with your account.

If You Made Your Purchase Using a QR Code

When you make a purchase by scanning a QR code and completing the registration process on your mobile phone, the purchase details will be sent to the email address used during registration.

If You Made Your Purchase Using a Card Reader

During your first purchase at an APOP equipped with a card reader, the system will typically ask you to provide a contact method to receive your purchase receipts.

You may choose between:

  • Email

  • Text message (SMS)

This prompt is usually displayed only during your first purchase. If you skip this step, you may not automatically receive transaction details until you have another opportunity to provide your contact information.

Why Is It Important to Receive Your Purchase Details?

Your receipt allows you to:

  • View the products charged during each transaction.

  • Verify the amount charged.

  • Access your Transaction ID.

  • Easily reference a purchase if you need assistance or wish to submit a claim.

The Transaction ID is especially important because it allows our support team to quickly locate a specific purchase and assist you more efficiently.

Important

Purchase details are not generated immediately. Transaction processing and receipt delivery are typically completed within 5 to 10 minutes after the purchase is finished.
