If an A-POP is “On Maintenance”, it cannot be used until it is operative again. You will find the “On Maintenance” message instead of the “Start” button.
An A-POP is usually Out of Service due to lack of internet connection or damaged components. In case of damaged parts, our technical team will schedule a visit and repair the A-POP.
Our technical team receives alerts when, for any reason, any of our A-POPs is out of service. Our service uptime is less than 10 minutes per day, so the A-POP should be up and running shortly. Nevertheless, you can contact our support team through the app chat or by email at [email protected]
