If an APOP displays "Maintenance Mode", it means the machine is temporarily unavailable for purchases.
While the machine remains in this state, it will not be possible to start a transaction or unlock the door.
Why Can an APOP Be in Maintenance Mode?
Some of the most common reasons include:
Internet connectivity issues.
Preventive maintenance tasks.
System updates.
Technical issues requiring investigation.
Components that need repair or replacement.
What Happens When an APOP Goes Offline?
Our system continuously monitors the status of all APOPs and automatically generates alerts whenever an issue is detected.
In many cases, problems can be resolved remotely and the machine will return to service shortly. If a physical intervention is required, our technical team will schedule a visit to perform the necessary repairs.
What Can I Do?
We recommend waiting a few minutes and trying again later.
If the issue persists or you need additional assistance, please contact our support team and provide the APOP name or location so we can review its status.
