Yes. Each time you start a new transaction at an APOP, a temporary funds validation will be performed on your selected payment method.
This validation is a security measure that allows us to verify that the card or payment method is valid and can be used to complete a purchase.
The validation is separate from the charge for the products you purchase and is automatically released once the transaction is completed.
You may see this validation as a temporary transaction on your bank account or card statement. How it appears and how long it takes to be released depend entirely on your bank or card issuer.
Important
A funds validation is performed each time an APOP is opened. If you make multiple purchases separately, it is normal to see a separate validation for each transaction started.
