When you start a transaction at an APOP, the machine's cameras begin recording the shopping session.
During the transaction, our Artificial Intelligence technology analyzes the products removed from the APOP. Once the transaction is completed and the door is closed, this information is processed to generate the final purchase details.
This process typically takes between 5 and 10 minutes, after which the corresponding charge is processed and the purchase receipt is generated.

Our technology is designed to detect the products removed from the APOP, not to identify the individuals who remove them.
Each transaction is linked to the payment method used to unlock the door. For this reason, any products removed while the transaction is active will be charged to the associated payment method.
We recommend not allowing other individuals to remove products during your transaction. If another person takes products while the door remains open under your active session, those products will also be included in your purchase.
Each transaction is unique, and all products removed during that transaction will be considered part of the same purchase.
