1. Start Your Purchase
Scan the QR code displayed on the APOP using your smartphone, or tap your payment card if the machine supports card access.
If this is your first purchase using a QR code, you will need to complete a quick registration and add a valid payment method.
We recommend providing an email address or phone number so you can receive purchase details and transaction notifications.
2. Payment Method Validation
Before the door can be unlocked, the system performs a temporary authorization hold on your payment method.
This hold is a security measure and is not the final charge for your products.
In most cases, the authorization hold is automatically released within a few minutes, although the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
3. Unlock the APOP
Once your payment method has been validated, the APOP door will unlock.
You will have up to 14 seconds to open the door.
If the door is not opened within that timeframe, it will automatically lock again and the transaction will be canceled for security reasons.
4. Select Your Products
Open the door and take the products you wish to purchase.
You may take one or multiple items during the same transaction.
There is no need to scan products or manually add them to a cart.
Our Artificial Intelligence technology automatically detects which products are removed from the APOP.
Each transaction is linked to the payment method used to unlock the door.
Any products removed while your transaction is active will be charged to your account.
To avoid unwanted charges, please ensure that no other person removes products during your shopping session.
5. Close the Door
Once you have selected your products, close the door securely.
Make sure the door locks properly.
This step is required to successfully complete your transaction.
6. Transaction Processing
After the door is closed, you are free to leave.
No additional action is required.
Our Artificial Intelligence system will analyze the products removed and automatically process the corresponding charge.
Billing is not immediate and is typically completed within 5 to 10 minutes after the purchase ends.
7. Receive Your Purchase Details
Once the transaction has been processed, you will receive a receipt containing the details of your purchase.
The receipt will be sent to the email address or contact information associated with your account.
